"The Hogan Ankle Shake" or Hogan Family Five

 The "Hogan Ankle Shake" is a twist on the high five featured on "The Hogan Family", a sitcom which ran in the USA between 1988 & 1991.
This variation on the high five was brought to our attention by Matt Schneider who informs us that, "The fivees feign a very high five, reach all the way past the other fivee and raise their back leg. Then each fivee shakes the other's ankle as if it were a normal handshake".
Although the Hogan Ankle Shake definitely captures the high five spirit, there's no actual contact made which is why I've put it in the "Not Really High Fives..." section
